The Threads That Connect Us: A Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Experiene

Join Michelle Garcia for a gentle, grounding class that honours the unseen threads connecting us to ourselves, each other, and the places we call home.

You will begin with Yin Yoga, a still and meditative practice where postures are held for several minutes to encourage deep release and reflection. From there, you will transition into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation known as “yogic sleep” that invites deep rest and inner connection.

This class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and remember.

No experience needed, just come as you are.
